At Mead Barn Holiday Cottages we combine the pleasure of our wonderful location with the modern comforts and facilities you would expect. Over the past few years all of our cottages have been renovated, restoring the traditional elements and installing new facilities.
Our location is great for both those who want to be active and those who want to relax. The beach offers the ideal place to surf, bodyboard, play in the rock pools or just lie back and sunbathe. On site we have a tennis court, children’s play area, games room and BBQ area. We are also within easy reach of the coastal footpath, Bude, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and many other attractions.
All our cottages have a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV, DVD player and hi-fi with iPod docking stations. We are both child and dog friendly and two of our cottages have ground floor access with wet rooms making them easy for those who are less able. All of the cottages have WiFi connection.
We have dogs of our own, 3 springer spaniels - Nelson, Luka and Hardy - who will make you very welcome, as will our chickens who, occasionally, will roam around the grounds and if the young guests are interested (or even the older ones), they are welcome to join in collecting the eggs in the morning.
