This property will be closed between Jan - April 2010 for a complete refurbishment, when reopened it will be fresh and light with old beams revealed were possible to bring the old Barn back to life. we will be adding new pine furniture and a new modern maple kitchen with Fan oven and ceramic Hob. Our aim is for all cottages to be graded to a
4 star tourism grading by May 2010
Wheat Barn is a first floor accommodation accessed via four stone steps over looking the barbeque and garden area the entrance door opens onto a large comfortable open plan lounge, kitchen dining area it has comfortable modern settees, TV, VCR, DVD and hi-fi, night storage and electric panel heating with a wood burner style electric stove. The full kitchen has pine dining furniture, full compact cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The barn has two bedrooms off to the right of the living room one double room and a twin room both rooms over look the court yard and flower beds facing eastwards to the meadows beyond, adjacent to the twin bed room is a family size bathroom with power shower over bath this has benefited from a recent complete refurbishment and modernisation. Wheat barn is one of our smaller barns, very cozy and ideal for a family, a couple or group of up to four friends. with full double glazing, it's Ideal for spring, autumn or winter breaks, As Wheat Barn is our smallest property it is not suitable for four plus a cot. Both Wheat and Barley Barn are up a number of outside steps and so are not suitable for those who have difficulty with walking.
