WHEAT BARN COTTAGE is our smaller barn and is ideal for a family, a couple or group of up to four friends. WHEAT BARN COTTAGE is very cozy, with full double glazing, and private. Ideal for spring, autumn or winter breaks, it is up four outside stone steps and the large comfortable living room features wood panelling and comfortable modern settees, TV, VCR,DVD and hi-fi, night storage and electric panel heating with a wood burner style electric stove. The full kitchen has pine dining furniture, full compact cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. It has two bedrooms a double and a twin and the full bathroom has a bath and power shower.As Wheat Barn is our smallest property it is not suitable for four plus a cot. Both Wheat and Barley Barn are up a number of outside steps and so are not suitable for those who have difficulty with walking.   Click here to check availability.

BARLEY BARN COTTAGE is on the upper floor of a stone barn and is accessed by a small stone stairway. This cottage is freshly back on the market after under going a complete and though refurbishment, With this property we have blended old character with modern comforts, aiming to make your holiday more relaxing and memorable for all the right reasons. On entering the property there is a large open plan Kitchen, dinning, living area with a new well-equipped maple kitchen including built in oven and dishwasher plus microwave and fridge-freezer with pine dining furniture. The living area has comfortable settees, night storage heater, wood burner style electric fire, colour TV with a VCR and hi-fi. It has a full bathroom with a fresh modern clean feel to it consisting of a good size bath and a modern power shower over head with screen, and towel rail and shaver point. There are two good size bedrooms, a double  and a twin each with new pine bedside cabinets, set of 5 draws and wardrobe. All the windows are double-glazed and face west out to sea depending on time of year and tree cover you might even manage to see the sea. Red Cottage is a charming two-bedroomed cottage which is fully double glazed, with exposed beams and ivy and roses round the door. It has a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin bedroom, both with pine furniture and electric heating. The living room is L-shaped, beamed and full of character with plump settees and Devonshire pine furniture, colour TV, VCR, DVD and hi-fi, night storage heating and an electric wood burner style electric stove in the living room and convection heating in the bedrooms. It has a fully equipped New Maple  kitchen with, full cooker, microwave, Dishwasher and fridge-freezer and with pine table. The full bathroom has both a bath and power shower and a heated towel rail for that extra touch of luxury.
