To book your holiday you can either email holidays@meadbarns.com or phone us on 01288 331 721.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental cost and will email full details of the cost of your holiday. We also send you details of the deposit, cancellation insurance and balance payment by post. The balance of the rental needs to be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday.

We can accept payment by cheque or debit card. Credit cards are also accepted but a 2.5% surcharge will be applied.

Please note that bookings are only confirmed after the deposit and completed booking form are returned.

Should you cancel you booking we will attempt to re-let the property. Should this be successful we will refund the amount we were able to re-let the property for minus the deposit and a 10% administrative charge.

We regularly provide many great offers on our cottages, both for those on return and long holidays. To use these discounts, book online and enter the discount code during checkout. Please note that the discount is applied towards the end of the checkout.

We also offer late availability bookings on our cottages which can be booked online or direct on 01288 331 721.

Please note that we can only apply one discount to a booking and therefore these cannot be combined.
