Rye Barn is spacious and full of character. Originally the milking parlour, it is on the lower floor below Wheat and Barley Barns. It has three bedrooms together with a spacious and well-appointed, double-glazed living room.

The living room contains three plump and comfortable settees, storage and panel heating. There is a large 32" LCD Freeview TV, VCR, DVD and hi-fi and radiant/convector fire. The pine dining table seats six comfortably and the fitted kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with fan oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are three cosy, double-glazed bedrooms, a double room with en-suite wet room and two twin rooms. There is an additional bathroom that has a bath with electric shower guaranteeing an endless supply of hot water and a heated towel rail for extra comfort.

Rye Barn has exceptional value for the larger group or family. Being all on one level with easy access from the drive, it is also suited for the less abled or a wheelchair user.

Outside of peak season Rye Barn is available as an excellent value large one bedroom cottage with our under-occupancy discount.

Changeover day is flexible outside of high season when it is Friday. The cottage is available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure unless special arrangements have been made.

A maximum of two pets are welcomed at a charge of £25 for the first and £15 for the second. A cot and high chair are provided free but are subject to availability but you will need to bring bedding for the cot.
